5-Year Limited Warranty – CL Frame
Frames for CL model are covered by a 5-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
10-Year Limited Warranty – ML, M Frames
Frames for ML, and M models are covered by a 10-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
6-Month Limited Warranty – Custom Printed Fabric
Custom printed fabric products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the original date of purchase (unless otherwise specified). This warranty covers fading and manufacturing defects only.
Important: Once artwork has been approved, Impact Canopy is not responsible for any issues related to the design, including layout, spelling, color selection, or other approved artwork elements.
